Meet Dr. Alaleh MO

Dr. Mo is a board-certified implant surgeon and one of the region’s trusted experts in advanced surgical dentistry. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, she has built a distinguished career defined by technical excellence, uncompromising standards, and a commitment to delivering the highest level of surgical care.

Renowned for her precision and calm, confident surgical approach, Dr. Mo has completed extensive specialized training in complex implantology and oral surgery. Her expertise encompasses full-arch implant rehabilitation, sinus lift procedures, advanced bone and soft-tissue grafting, and complex esthetic restorations. Her patients and colleagues alike recognize her for her surgical skill, clinical judgment, and unwavering dedication to safety and outcomes.

Dr. Mo holds multiple prestigious credentials reflecting her mastery in implant dentistry:

Outside of her surgical work, Dr. Mo brings the same curiosity and passion to her personal life. An avid cyclist, she loves participating in local rides and races. She is also deeply committed to service and has volunteered in underprivileged communities abroad, including outreach work in Peru and Guatemala. Whether she’s reading, exploring new personal-growth seminars, or spending time outdoors, Dr. Mo believes in continually expanding her perspective and staying connected to the world and people around her.

Meet Dr. Victor Shih

Dr. Shih received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California. He has been a part of Lake Washington Dental for many years, and is known by his patients for his gentle demeanor and soft touch.

Dr. Shih earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California and has been a valued member of Lake Washington Dental for the past six years. Known for his gentle demeanor and soft touch, he is dedicated to providing comfortable, high-quality care for every patient.

He enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a special passion for cosmetic treatments. Dr. Shih has completed extensive advanced training in Invisalign and has successfully treated many cases. He also focuses on smile makeovers and porcelain veneers, continually pursuing ongoing education to offer the latest in cosmetic dentistry.

Originally from Fremont, California, Dr. Shih has lived around the world and is fluent in Mandarin. He now resides in Kirkland, Washington, and enjoys hiking, serving in his church community, and spending time with his wife, friends, and family.
